Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy Inc (NBPC) mandates that any tent larger than a 10x10 tent must meet specific safety standards regarding fire and wind load. In order to ensure that these requirements are met, larger tents are required to be rented through NBPC and installed by the NBPC approved tent contractor. Please use the link above to find the pricing for tent rentals and to submit your request; please submit your request at least 10 days prior to the event to ensure availability.
NOTE: Only 2 - 10x10 tents are permitted on site per team. 10x20 tents are NOT Permitted. No tents allowed on the beach.
Volunteer Signup: nathanbendersonpark.volunteerhub.com:
Volunteers are required from each participating team to allow FSRA to run a successful regatta. Teams need to sign up for 1 position per program plus 1 position per entry. Remember to include your team name with your signup. Programs should sign up for only their obligated number of positions by the regatta registration deadline. Each position that is not filled by a team by the deadline will result in a $250 fee. Sign-up links are below under their respective regatta.
Regatta VIP tower tickets
No pets allowed. A limited number of tickets will be sold for each regatta allowing 2nd floor access for the weekend. 150 tickets per regatta will be available via the links below assuming no weather issues. Soft drinks, water, and snacks provided. VIP guests are welcome to bring their lawn chairs to sit out on the 2nd floor observation deck. Except for the case where the entire regatta is cancelled, tickets are non-refundable. If you are not able to attend, contact FSRA.regatta@gmail.com to transfer tickets.
Parking
- Vehicle parking $20 per day Saturday and Sunday, $10 Friday
- Each team will receive two parking passes in their registration package
- Each Regatta Committee member will receive one parking pass
- Busses will park in the island drop off loop only
- Car toppers will have to drop off their boats (to infield area) and park in general parking
- There will be NO ACCESS to the team tent area with vehicles on Saturday or Sunday until racing is finished; bring carts to transport items if needed
- Tow vehicles must leave the boat area after parking their trailer; access will be allow 1 hour after the last race has completed Sunday
